Roomba Not Connecting to WiFi? Troubleshooting Tips and Solutions

Roomba not connecting to WiFi network? Well, this is not an uncommon issue among Roomba users. Roomba vacuum users face this issue very often. However, it does not mean that your Roomba has some hardware defects. This issue is temporary in nature and is easily fixable. 

In this post, you will learn how to fix this issue without much hassle. Here are the troubleshooting steps that you need to follow in order to resolve this error:


  1. Firstly, make sure the Roomba robot vacuum is powered On. 

  2. After that, be sure that your router is also powered On. 

  3. Check whether the router is broadcasting WiFi signal. You can use your mobile or any other device. 

  4. Next, make sure the router is separately broadcasting 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi signals. 

  5. Roomba vacuum only supports 2.4GHz WiFi frequency. 

  6. If you still see your Roomba not connecting to WiFi, make sure your router is configured properly.

  7. We suggest that you login to your Roomba vacuum and check whether the device is properly configured or not. 


Finally, the Roomba will connected to the WiFi network and the issue will be resolved quickly.
