If you find that router.asus.com not working, please reset the router to its default settings and then reset the password. We will not know what password you used once you have changed the WEB GUI username/password.
You can try the following procedures to reset the username and password and then login to the WEB GUI.
1. Restore the router's factory default settings:
Then, for 5-10 seconds, press and hold the RESET button until your power LED light begins to flash.
At this time, none of the LED lights should be turned on. It is usual as a result of the router rebooting.
Wait until the LED lights turn back on, as shown in the image below, to indicate that the reset has been completed.
2. Connect your computer to the LAN port of your wireless router using the included network cable. Enter http://router.asus.com into the address bar of your browser.
3. Follow the instructions supplied by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to configure your internet settings, as well as your wireless network name (SSID) and password
4. Configure the username and password for your router's WEB GUI. Then go with the procedures to complete the remaining settings.
